AmplifAI provides artificial intelligence automation services to U.S.-based businesses, including but not limited to AI voice agents, marketing automation, CRM integrations, website builds, and customer service automations. These services are custom-built and may involve the collection of business-related data through forms and consultations submitted via our website.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the Services in any way that could damage or impair our systems.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.
  • Provide false or misleading information through our forms or contact tools.
  • Use any part of our Services to develop competing products.
  • Submit or upload any content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within the Services (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos) are owned by AmplifAI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AMPLIFAI MAKES NO GUARANTEES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR SUITABILITY OF ANY AUTOMATIONS, AI OUTPUTS, OR RECOMMENDATIONS. USERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING OUTPUTS AND DETERMINING THEIR APPROPRIATENESS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMPLIFAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000).

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AmplifAI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall do so.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Collier County, Florida for any dispute related to the Services or these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance.

14. Miscellaneous
